Shipping & Returns

Guidelines

We ship most orders FedEx or UPS unless U.S. Mail is requested. We must have a street address for all orders, P.O Boxes are not allowed. All Saints Botanica make every attempt to ship U.S. Priority Mail, but if the amount enclosed for shipping does not cover Priority Mail we will ship the package U.S. Ground.

 Delivery Time does not include weekends and Holidays

Shipping charges may change without notice. If shipping costs are more than quoted through our website we will contact you with the correct shipping amount.

International Shipping 

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import dues and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they maybe. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If actual shipping charges are less than shown we will charge the correct shipping and handling amount. If shipping charges are more than quoted we will contact you with the correct shipping charges.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipment form All Saints Botanica you are responsible for the original shipping charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to All Saints Botanica. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. No Refunds are issued for Body Washes, Creams, Gels, Sprays, Business Wash, House Wash and any other personal item that was personalize for you.

Shipment Damages and / or Shortages

Should packages being received be damaged, broken or opened resulting in shortage of merchandise in that particular package the delivery driver must mark this on his or her delivery sheet before you sign as having received the shipment. Immediately file a claim with carrier. You cannot recover for damages without these items. Packaging is done very carefully, however due to bulky packaging items can go unnoticed between the items listed as shipped on your packing slip. So before discarding packaging make sure order is correct. If you see that an item and /or items are missing you must file a claim to All Saints Botanica within 3 days of receipt of order.

Order Processing

All Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will begin processing the same day, except holidays and will ship within 72hours to 1 week pending availability and credit verification. All Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and ship within 72 hours. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. All Saints Botanica will contact you with a follow-up email if we need additional information for credit verification.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge local sales tax in states where All Saints Botanica has a physical presence.

Order Status/Tracking

How will I Know that my order was accepted?

After you click "Submit Order" an email confirmation including an order number will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status.

When will I be Charged?

Once your order has processed, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriated shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for errors made during order, address or credit card entry.

Back Order Policy

We do not back order. If we cannot fill your order complete within a reasonable amount of time, we will ship your order less the missing item/s. If payment method is credit card we will only charge you for items shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

All sales are final and no returned merchandise is accepted unless authorization has been given by management. All claims must be made within 3 days from receipt of order.

Restocking Fees

There is a 15% restocking charge on each order unless fault or error is All Saints Botanica. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless fault or error is All Saints Botanica and authorization was given by management. Please open your box immediately and inspect for damage or shortages. If your order has been processed or packed and you request the order to be canceled before it ships there is a 15% restocking fee.
